Matthew St Clair is a Director at Harris Billings Inc, a position he was promoted to in January 2023.

Matthew graduated with a BA Law degree majoring in Politics from the University of Johannesburg (2015), and obtained his LLB degree in 2017.

Matthew commenced his Articles of Clerkship at Harris Billings Attorneys in January 2018 and was admitted as a legal practitioner of the High Court of South Africa on 28 May 2020.

During his time at the firm, Matthew has been exposed to all of the practice areas of the firm, particularly High Court and Magistrate Court litigation. Matthew deals with legal collections, civil, commercial and contractual litigation for both High Court and Magistrates Court.
